Motion Graphics: Sustainability

I designed this digital sign for the Sustainability office at Cal State San Marcos, aiming to improve waste disposal awareness on campus. To enhance readability and visual flow, I proposed a motion graphic animation instead of a still digital sign to introduce “white space” between all the content, preventing information overload and improving engagement.

The background features an icon pattern representing landfill, recycle and compost, reinforcing the sustainability theme while adding subtle texture. Designed using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, the layout is clean and intuitive, ensuring clarity and accessibility. The final design effectively guides viewers toward proper waste disposal while maintaining a visually cohesive and engaging aesthetic.
